“Lived and loved”.

Michael was born in London on September 8th, 1945. Much loved son to Ellen and Tom and brother to Anna, Tom and John. Beloved husband to Viv and Ann. 'Super Dad' to Tara and Sasha. Adoring Grandad to Mikayla, Cameron, Charlie and Madeleine. An inspiration to those that knew him. Michael lived every day like it was his last and is loved by all his family. He will always be remembered for his witty sense of humour and his passion for life.

Until his very last moments, Michael remained positive, strong and determined during his battle with cancer. Unfortunately, he passed away on 18th December 2021 in his Hertford home. In his final stages, he was lovingly cared for by Viv, Tara and Sasha. Michael was also supported regularly by the outstanding work of the Isabel Hospice nurses. Should you wish to, in loving memory of him, we would ask you to donate to the hospice to help them support others, who are fighting against this illness.

Heaven will be richer for the admittance of Michael Patrick Fennessy, husband, brother, uncle, friend, entrepreneur, public speaking champion, author, poet, renegade, rebel, inspiration and proud dad and grandad.
